Samsung Galaxy S25 has ditched Qualcomm chips and gone all to Exynos.

The next generation of Galaxy phones could see Samsung once again release a range of phones with two different chipsets. Samsung Galaxy S23 phones all used Qualcomm's Snapdragon silicon. However, it is expected that the 2025 Galaxy phone could change and see Samsung go all out to shift Exynos chips.

In the current models of the Galaxy S24, the standard and Plus variants use Exynos chips outside the US and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chips inside America. Other countries where Samsung operates tend to use Exynos chips in the latest Galaxy phones, too, including the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which includes Snapdragon.

The standard thinking is that Qualcomm chips perform better and have better power efficiency than their Exynos counterparts in terms of overheating and battery drain issues in the past.

But the Galaxy S24 uses the Exynos 2400 chipset, and the Galaxy S24 Plus performed better than many expected, offering significant improvements over the previous Exynos 2200 as well as chasing the power of the Snapdragon chip; In terms of practicality, we think you'd really have to go to see much of a practical performance difference between the two chips.

However, if there's any weight behind the all-Exynos rumor for the Galaxy, we think it might be ambitious; it would be an indication that Samsung believes its in-house chip silicon is up to scratch. can defeat that which gives strength to many. Gave the best Android phones you can buy today.
